What NOT To Give Your Wife For Christmas

Well, well, well.

Look at what my husband bought for me.

How To Raise A Gentleman A Civilized Guide To Helping Your Son Through His Uncivilized Childhood.

* And yes, it is a great book.

* And yes, anyone raising a son should have this on their "must read" list.

* But no, you don't buy this book and give it to your wife and tell her, "Here Hon, I thought this might help you."

I am just grateful that he bought the book with a hard cover. That way when I smack my husband over the head with it he will be reminded not to buy me any more self-help books.

If you really want to help yourself, head on over to Candid Carrie ... her friends can help you laugh at yourself which is a much better form of therapy.

Guys are so stunned. Seriously. lol I do feel sorry for them when it comes to shopping for us though! lol

Unlike poor Amy, however, at least you won't be forced into "christening" your Christmas gift. lol

Well, it's not wine and Roses is it?
My Hubby bought me a pair of Dr.Scholls shoes from Walmart...the only store on the planet I do not ever shop in!
It is the thought that counts...I thought about sex that night!

Very LOL. Had to laugh about how your friend "thought about having sex that night"--totally would've been my reaction. Totally.

Hahaha, Well it beats the year my hubby bought me a king sized deep fryer. The gifts get better with passing years.

Sounds like a good book, but definitely NOT something you'd want your hubby to give you for Christmas!

LOL, I love hard backs for the very same reason. Sometimes I just smack his with one because I am not pleased with his look. Or his attitude. Or his choice of fishing companion. He wears a hard hat for all the wrong reasons.
