Wow that article is really well done. I'm so sorry your son has to go through that. I knew he had CF but until today I didn't know what that meant.

Tell your husband good luck with the swim.

What a beautiful article! It broke my heart when I read about his coughing fit and then he turns around with a big smile!

Ric is reminding me of the dad who does triathalons with his handicapped son.

I think what you are doing is amazing and inspiring!

Thank you for sharing. Beautiful article which is also very educational!

I had no idea about the rigorous routine you have to follow daily. You are an amazing couple with an even more courageous child. He is truly delightful!

Your determined dedication is and will continue to yield results.

Additionally you you have further confirmed to me what I have always believed in that it is important to do your own homework and be an educated patient or an advocate of such a patient when taking care of one's health.

Kudos to both you parents and GOOD LUCK and GOD SPEED!

Good luck to you and your family. I had a cousin with CF. This was before I was born. I don't know how much has changed in the years but I know it was hard.

I admire people who have the strenght to do this type of thing day in and day out.

Thank you so much guy(Red) and girls! It's funny how much it means to have support, even if it is on the internet!

Thanks again!

Despite reading your blog for several months now, this is the first time I have heard the story of how Rickie was diagnosed. I could not hold back the tears reading the article. What an amazing testimony of love for Rickie.
